This chart shows initial foreign filing fees for each state and the District of Columbia. Foreign LLC filing fees are paid to states to "qualify" your LLC to do business in a state other than where your LLC is domestically registered. Generally, these are one-time initial fees. Some states require that an annual report be filed as well. If you decide to retain our services, these fees do not include ourI processing/service fees.
