On April 1, 2019, I celebrated my 50th Anniversary in business. My first company was Delaware Telephone Answering Service and it was formed on April 1, 1969. We served the medical and business community with 24 hour answering services. I sold that business in 1992 to concentrate on helping attorneys, accountants, and entrepreneurs form Delaware corporations and limited liability companies.
