CORPORATION FEES BY STATE COMPARISON CHART
This chart shows corporation fees by state and the District of Columbia. Filing fees are the initial fee that you pay to the state to form your corporation. Most states charge an annual fee to maintain your corporation. Some states require that an annual report be filed as well. Delaware has an annual report fee of $50 and an annual franchise tax of $175. Delaware requires that an annual report be completed and filed for all corporations.
