The certificate of incumbency fee of $135 is a one-time fee for the preparation of the document as well as verifying with the State of Delaware that your LLC or corporation is in "good standing".

As an option, you can have the State of Delaware apostille your Certificate of Incumbency for an additional fee. 24 hour processing is required by the State.

We will require a membership resolution or corporate resolution naming the person or persons who will be on the certificate of incumbency. The resolution must be signed by either a managing member or corporate secretary. You can download a blank Word (.doc) corporate resolution (if corporation) or a membership resolution (if LLC). The resolution must signed and notarized.

We will need a passport photo or government issued ID for each person as well. You can upload the passport with photo or government issued ID at the time of your order.
