OUR CHARGES: We charge $197 per year for our Internet Service with "Utility Bill" proof. You will get two bills. One from us and one from our local internet service provider.
UTILITY COMPANY CHARGES: Our local internet service provider charges a monthly line charge of $88.40 plus government taxes, fees and surcharges. The installation charge is $199.99 and is invoiced on your first bill.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: If your company was created within the last 6 months, you will be required to pay a $400 security deposit to the utility company. This deposit is returned upon completion of 12 months of service or termination of the account, whichever happens first.
TIME REQUIRED FOR SETUP: Please allow 10-15 business days for installation of the internet connection. You should receive the internet service "utility bill" within 15-30 business days from your date of order. To ensure your account is setup quickly, please respond to the utility company emails as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION: You can cancel any time with 60 days notice. You will receive an utility bill from our local internet service company for these services in your COMPANY NAME and our address at 3422 Old Capitol Trail, PMB _______ (to be determined), Wilmington, DE 19808.
