Make An Online Payment from the Customer Portal
- If you have already been granted online access to your Customer Portal, go to the button MAKE A PAYMENT TO DBI and enter your email address and password. (If this is your first time logging in to the Customer Portal, you'll be prompted to enter your password twice.)
- The MAKE A PAYMENT TO DBI link is a SECURE login to our Customer Portal. You will be able to do the following:
- Make a Credit Card Payment
- Make an e-Check/ACH Payment (*NEW* June 1, 2020)
- Change Your Credit Card or e-Check information
- Change Your Billing Address
- Add Authorized Users to Your Account
- View/Print Transactions, i.e. invoices, payments, credits, etc.
- View/Print Monthly Statements
