Credit Card Orders from New US Clients - Upload Scans of Identification

You are receiving this link because your credit card order is over $1,000, you are located in the United States, and you are a new client of ours.

To combat credit card fraud, we have instituted the following procedure. For credit card orders from US-based new clients over $1,000, please provide the following items:

• • Please COLOR scan the front and back of your credit card and government ID with your photo and UPLOAD those files by using our convenient upload system. Before scanning cross out/scratch out all but the last 4 digits of your credit card.
  • Please size up the scans so they are legible. Illegible scans will delay your order.
  • You may UPLOAD up to 3 documents at one time.
  • The maximum file size is 100 MB.

We will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Current clients with a good payment history will be excluded from this requirement. Thank you for your understanding.
