Our phone company service provider charges a monthly line charge of $25.00 plus government taxes, fees and surcharges. There is NO installation fee. I can cancel any time with 60 days notice. I understand I will receive a phone number utility bill from the phone company for these services in my COMPANY NAME and at my billing address. Please allow 15 business days for setup of the phone number. I understand that I should receive the phone number utility bill within 30-45 days.
