• If you own a Delaware LLC or corporation, there are two (2) things you need to do EVERY year:

1. Pay Your Annual Registered Agent Fee to DBI
2. Pay Your Franchise/LLC Tax to the State of Delaware (corporations will require an annual report to be filed as well)
