A Delaware Certificate of Good Standing (aka Certificate of Existence, Certificate of Status) is a statement by the Secretary of State that the company in question is valid as of the date of issue.

You also have the option of ordering either a short form good standing or a long form good standing.

With our direct connection to the State of Delaware, we can have a Good Standing certificate to you within two (2) hours via email. The 2 hour service is NOT guaranteed.  We also offer 30, 60, and 90 minute EXPEDITED service for an additional fee -- guaranteed.
