Filing Requirements

The State of Maryland requires the following pieces of information:
- Full legal name in home state
- Assumed company name in Maryland (if applicable)
- Names and address of officers and directors
- State (or country) of Incorporation or Formation
- Date of formation in state of incorporation
- Street address of principal office
- Nature of business in Maryland
- A designated commercial registered agent for service of process (can be either a corporation or natural person)
- Street address of agent for service of process (PO Box is NOT acceptable)
- Signature and title of the authorized person

- Certificate of Good Standing from state of incorporation
