    Renewal/Revival of Charter

    The price of $385 includes the preparation and filing of the necessary documents and the Delaware Filing Fee to restore your company to Good Standing/Active status.   It does not include the total tax liability which must be paid prior to renewal.  Stock Corporations and Non-Stock Not-for-Profit organizations must also file any delinquent annual reports.  An Incorporation Specialist will contact you to provide the amount of your total tax liability and the required documents.

     
    If your company charter has been declared VOID for failure to pay taxes, or FORFEIT for failure to maintain a Registered Agent, DBI can help.
