• Your Incorporation Specialist will send you an email reminder when renewal deadlines are approaching. 
  

Dual State Registration

• Electronic registration of you new Delaware LLC (orders received outside business hours will be registered the next business day)
• Registration of your Delaware LLC in an additional state (state filing fees additional)

Certificate of Good Standing

• Required by banks, lenders and to bid for local and federal government contracts

Banking Resolution

• A document appointing the Initial Member or Initial Manager as the person with authority to open a bank account

• The EIN is required to open a bank account

Delaware Registered Agent service for 12 months

• Includes Email Alerts and Electronic Delivery: If we receive a summons, complaint or other legal document delivered to us as Registered Agent by Service of Process we will send you an immediate email alert with an attachment of the scanned document

Delaware Mailing Address with Mail Forwarding

• This is a suite number at the Capitol Office Center, not a PO Box. You may use this address on your website, letterhead & business cards.
  

The recurring cost of the Executive Delaware LLC Formation Package is $545 a year (not including states or localities other than Delaware); which includes Registered Agent Service renewal and annual Delaware LLC Tax, plus Mail Forwarding renewal. The Executive package is not available to customers outside the U.S.
