Conversion

It is recomended that you discuss conversion with your tax advisor before you order this service.  The price of this filing service includes the preparation and filing of all necessary documentation plus the Delaware filing fees.  It does not include the final tax liability which must be paid if changing entity type or converting out of Delaware. If converting into or out of Delaware second state filing fees are additional. An Incorporation Specialist will contact you to provide your total tax liability and the documents required.
