DBI charges $247 per year for the USA Phone Number Service (you select City/State) with Utility Bill Proof. There is a small piece of equipment that is co-located in our office.
Our USA phone company service provider offers 2 different payment plans -- either $69 per month, 12 month contract, termination fee of $150. There is an one-time utility company setup fee of $99.
You can cancel any time. If on the monthly plan, there is an early termination fee of $150. There is no proration of monthly or yearly fees. You will receive an USA phone number utility bill from the phone company for these services in your COMPANY NAME and at your billing address.
Please allow 4-7 business days for installation of the phone number. You should receive the USA phone number Utility Bill within 15 days.*
