Delaware Marine Holding Company

To protect your privacy, your Delaware Marine Holding Company can be registered anonymously as a Delaware Limited Liability Company (LLC) and will not be required to file a Delaware annual report naming the owners or officers of the Holding Company. After we register your yacht in Delaware your vessel will be entitled to fly the American flag.
