US Start-Up Companies & Small Businesses
- Delaware LLC's do not file an Annual Report and can raise capital through private sales to investors but cannot be traded on a public stock exchange. LLCs owe an annual $250 flat Delaware LLC tax. Profits and Losses "pass through" to the owner's personal income tax return by default, there is no corporate income tax return.
