You do not have to use DBI as your Registered Agent to take advantage of the Virtual Office Service. Ready to order?

Mail Forwarding

• When you subscribe to Virtual Office Service you receive a street address with your own PMB Number at the Capitol Office Center in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. You can use your mail forwarding address on your website, business cards, letterhead and marketing materials.

• We will forward up to 25 pieces* of mail per month to you -anywhere in the world- by US First Class Mail or by Express Courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). We will forward mail once per week at the end of the week. Bulk mail (junk mail) will not be forwarded.

• Cost of forwarding is additional and is either a.) deducted from a postage deposit, b.) charged to your FedEx or UPS account or c.) charged to your credit card - your choice.

• Free scanning & email service allows you to preview the outside of the envelope; then advise us if you want us to forward the piece, destroy it, or open it and scan the contents for twenty cents ($0.20) per page.

Phone & Fax

• A private telephone line with a local Delaware Area Code (monthly phone charges apply).

• Forward calls to another phone number or to included voicemail.

• Delaware local area code fax service with free fax-to-email.

After you order:

We will email your new mail forwarding address together with a welcome packet containing information about how your mail should be addressed and two forms that must be signed and returned. You may begin using your new address as soon as you receive it but we must hold your mail until you return the postage payment authorization form and the USPS mail forwarding agent authorization form. *If you exceed 25 pieces a month on a regular basis we will contact you to make arrangements to transfer your suite number to our high volume mail forwarding program.
