Mail Forwarding Services: USA Address with Package Forwarding

How it works:

Packages received at the Capitol Office Center addressed to your PMB number are forwarded to you at the forwarding address of your choice, anywhere in the world, at the end of each week. The forwarding charges are billed directly to your express courier account (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT). Customer is required to provide waybills (shipping labels) preprinted with their courier account information.

The subscription fee is $195 per year. There is a $4.95 handling fee per package in addition to the annual subscription fee and courier charges (handling fee reduced to $1.95 for envelopes containing documents). The customer is required to maintain a deposit from which the per package handling fee will be deducted; the purchase price of $245 includes your non-refundable initial deposit of $50. The per package handling fee can be charged automatically to your credit card if you provide a signed credit card authorization. For international shipments, if you do not provide an invoice and certificate of origin, or other required customs documents, a $19.95 customs documentation fee applies.
