Delaware Registered Agent Service
The professionalism, experience and knowledge of a larger firm with the warmth and flexibility of a family owned and operated business. |
 |
A: The Delaware General Corporation Law and The Delaware Limited Liability Company Act require all entities registered in Delaware to maintain a Registered Office and Registered Agent in Delaware. The Registered Office must be available to accept service of process during normal business hours, and the Registered Agent acts as a liaison between the Delaware Secretary of State and the corporation. DBI will act as your Registered Agent and Registered Office in Delaware.
Q: Aren't all Delaware Registered Agents essentially the same?
A: Our clients don't think so! Many of our clients have transferred to us after having a negative customer service experience with other Delaware Registered Agents. We think our customer service is the best; but you don't have to take our word for it, read the testimonials from our clients!
What sets DBI apart:
- Our phones are always answered live during business hours and our Incorporation Specialists aren't hard to reach.
- We offer full-service corporate filings and Registered Agent service in every state. So whether you need to know the difference between filing a name change amendment and applying for aDBA or need a Certificate of Authority to open a new store in Arizona we'd be happy to help you.
- DBI has served as Delaware Registered Agent for thousands of Delaware LLCs and Delaware Corporations since 1986. We own the Capitol Office Center in Wilmington Delaware, so you can count on us to be here for the life of your company.
