The Executive Delaware Incorporation package includes:

Dual State Registration

• Same Day Electronic registration of you new Delaware Corporation (orders received outside business hours will be registered the next business day)
• Registration of your Delaware Corporation in an additional state as a "foreign" corporation (state filing fees additional)

Certificate of Good Standing

• Required by banks, lenders and to bid for local and federal government contracts Banking Resolution

Resolution by Incorporator

• Also known as a Certificate of Incumbency, a Resolution by Incorporation is a document appointing the Initial Director as the person with authority to open a bank account.

Business License Application Service

• We will research and prepare the necessary city business licenses, county permits and sales tax registrations (if any) for one business location

The recurring cost of the Executive Delaware Incorporation Package is $420 a year (not including states or localities other than Delaware); which includes Registered Agent Service renewal and annual Delaware "Franchise Tax" & Annual Report filing fee, plus Mail Forwarding renewal. The Executive package is not available to customers outside the U.S.
