You do not have to use DBI as your Registered Agent to take advantage of the Basic Mail Forwarding Service. Ready to order?
How it works:
- When you subscribe to the Basic Mail Forwarding Service we assign you your own PMB Number at the Capitol Office Center street address in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Use your mail forwarding address on any of your business correspondence including your letterhead and marketing materials and even your website and business cards.
- We will forward up to 25 pieces* of mail per month to you -anywhere in the world- by US First Class Mail or by express courier (FedEx, DHL, etc). We will forward mail once per week at the end of the week.
- Cost of forwarding is additional and is either a.) deducted from a postage deposit, b.) charged to your FedEx or UPS account or c.) charged to your credit card - your choice.
- Bulk Mail (Junk Mail) will not be forwarded.
- Outer envelope scanning is available at no additional charge so you can see who the mail is from; you can then let us know if you want us to forward or destroy the item, or if you want us to open the item and scan the contents for twenty cents ($0.20) per page.
Ready to order?
After you order:
We will email your new mail forwarding address together with a welcome packet containing information about how your mail should be addressed and two forms that must be signed and returned. You may begin using your new address as soon as you receive it but we must hold your mail until you return the postage payment authorization form and the USPS mail forwarding agent authorization form. *If you exceed 25 pieces a month on a regular basis we will contact you to make arrangements to transfer your suite number to our high volume mail forwarding program.
